Welcome to my Science CSET Test Prep website!
Hi there and welcome! I created this website several years ago (back around 2008) when I was studying for the science CSET tests. I quickly realized that there were very few good resources out there, especially free or even low-priced ones. I decided to create a notebook where I stored all of my notes. Then, one day, it dawned on me how tragic it would be if I were to lose my notebook. Thus, I began to store all of my notes/summaries/information on a website while I studied for the Science CSET. I also thought it would be nice to share my website with others who were also studying for this test.
Please be aware, this site is a work in progress. I still have much to add, grammar to edit, information that may need more details or be explained more properly, pictures to upload, and so on. Some concepts may have been rushed and thus may not have been explained to the best of my ability. I apologize if you find any mistakes. I plan to buckle down and clean the site up and make it the best FREE resource out there on the web. This website is not my full-time gig. When I am not teaching, I am planning, grading, tutoring, or training for a half marathon. Thus, my time is a bit limited, but I do plan on getting the vast majority of my to-do items checked off soon!
For each CSET section, I have gone through each domain as outlined in the Subtest test guide. I wrote out a short summary for each section that the test may cover
Please note, one thing I have noticed is that there are many scenario type questions on the CSET. It's not enough to just know the basics, but you must also be able to apply what you have learned.
